“This is a late posting - I unfortunately forgot to do this sooner. But I had a wonderful massage session with Shin in October 2016. As many note, his location is great for travelers. Easy to find given his clear instructions. The facility is nice, simple, clean. And the massage is fantastic. Deeply therapeutic, relaxing and energizing - a strange combination that works. A great value for the investment in time and money to seek out Shin. I'll hope to have another session when next in Tokyo.“

Superb massage

“Booked a last minute request for a massage session and Shin was prompt in replying. The session was superb. 

 

Location:

Easy to find and very clear directions given by Shin. If you book a session, he will send you a mail, complete with photos and how to get to his place. You won't get lost for sure.

 

Service:

He really worked on my stiff back and shoulders which needed much attention. It's the first time that I've had a hot towel placed on my neck while he worked on my back. It is really a relaxing experience. Apart from that, after the back massage, again a hot towel was placed on my back. It really helps in relaxing the muscle and pain. His skills is beyond my expectation. 

If you're into massages to get the knots off, Shin is the guy. He kept checking if the pressure is alright and knows exactly which area of your body needed to be taken care of. 

 

Facilities and Cleanliness:

Nice, simple and clean place. You will be welcomed in choosing your oils and a cup of tea will be offered, before and after the session. A nice touch to compliment the massage session. You will be given a towel before and after the session. There is shower facilities too. 

 

Overall:

Friendly guy and location was easy to find. His massage skills shows that he is a trained expert. I would definitely come again if I'm in Tokyo. Thank you for the wonderful session.“

Professional, Quality Massage 

“As an overseas visitor to Japan, there is a lot of time walking, sitting and sleeping in beds of differing comfort. A massage is usually handy to relieve the sore muscles and joints associated with travel. I sought out Shin via this site, and followed the request at his website. Shin was responsive and very professional. He provided clear instructions on how to to get to his studio. Once there, he immediately made you feel at ease with the clean, comfortable surroundings and his friendly, professional demeanour. His technique was excellent, with sustained strength/pressure, and thorough. My first visit was for Body Tuning (C), and based on its quality, I returned to have the same with reflexology (J). In addition, as I don't speak Japanese, Shin's ability to communicate in English was appreciated. For visitors to Tokyo, I highly recommend a massage with Shin. It is well worth it.“

“Shin is the real deal. I live in Tokyo and have been coming to Shin once a month at least for over a year.

What I love about his massages is that you know what you'll get - each time the sequence of moves and techniques are exactly the same. So whether it's your first time or your fifth time Shin delivers a quality massage that leaves you floating out of his salon. His salon is modest and compact but private, discrete and clean. 

Shin is obviously trained well and experienced. Each time he will find the tightness you want to be worked on and apply that extra care and attention to any specific tensions you might have. He is a true therapist, a technician, a gentleman and a warm and caring spirited person.

Session:
He spent time on ensuring areas of your body needing attention is taken care of. Never knew the neck muscle could cause so much stress until Shin massages and releases the 'knots' away. I am one who is afraid of neck 'cracking' but the way he handled it, I just let go and trusted his skillful hands. 
He seems to know where is painful and where is painfully good. For a massage addict like myself, being able to sleep soundly after a good session is a must.
