 I am afraid that the confirmation email can be delayed as I am in the middle of therapy session.

In order to avoid scheduling conflicts, same day booking is accepted as long as it is made at least an hour in advance of the starting time of treatment.

Please let me know before the time of appointment if you will not be on time.

Otherwise, I am afraid that I should handle your appointment as cancelled.

If you have to cancel your appointment with whatever reasons, please let me know ASAP.
No show is not only annoyance, it's very disturbing others.

I will not accept your appointment If you cancel with no contact.

 

Due to the increasing number of cancellations and last minute changes by clients making appointments far in advance, I only accept those one week prior to your visit. Thank you for your understanding.
